AZZA Seafood is a Hungarian–Mauritanian company built on direct access to origin and a strong understanding of EU market requirements.
Founded by a Hungarian–Mauritanian team, the company connects long-standing family experience in seafood sourcing in Mauritania with direct relationships at the source. Through established relationships, we work directly with fishermen and trusted partners at the source.
Combined with EU-based coordination from Budapest, we are able to communicate efficiently with European clients, manage logistics, and ensure reliable supply across both regions.
The Mauritanian coastline benefits from the Permanent Upwelling Phenomenon, creating one of the most productive marine ecosystems globally.
Responsible Fishing Practices
We adhere strictly to biological rest periods and use selective fishing methods to minimize bycatch, supporting long-term sustainability.
